1. The Service

TezType is a free educational tool for practicing Urdu and English typing. It provides typing tests, step-by-step lessons, and practice paragraphs. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal, educational purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the Site or its hosting infrastructure.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to harvest content at unreasonable rates.
• Misrepresent test results or attempt to manipulate leaderboards (when available).
• Copy, redistribute, or resell the Site's practice paragraphs or lesson content as your own product.

3. Intellectual Property

All practice paragraphs, lesson content, design, and code on TezType are the property of TezType unless otherwise noted. Practice paragraphs are original content written for typing practice. You may use the Site for personal learning, but you may not republish substantial portions of its content without permission.

Fonts used on this site (Noto Nastaliq Urdu, Inter, JetBrains Mono) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

4. Typing Test Results

Typing scores (WPM, accuracy) are computed in your browser for practice and self-improvement. They are not certified or verified by any authority and should not be presented as official qualifications unless independently validated by the relevant institution.

5. Third-Party Advertising

The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar providers. We do not control the content of third-party ads. Clicking ads is at your own discretion. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.

6. External Links

The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TezType is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of typing measurements across devices, and uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TezType and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
